TERMS
Vicki Peters Nail Products uses the information we receive for order processing, product information, and statistical purposes only. We will not sell, rent or otherwise disclose that information to third parties. If you email us and provide personal information, we will use this information only to respond to your inquiry.
NOTE:
It's statistically safer to use your credit card over the internet than it is to use it in a restaurant or department store! Because we care about the safety of your credit card transaction, Vicki Peters Nail Products servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that works with Netscape Navigator (versions 2.0 and above), Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 3.0 and above), and AOL (AOL 3.0 and above) so that unauthorized parties cannot read your credit card information while in transit. It's our way of making sure your credit card is safe and secure. So shop knowing your information is safe with us!
WARRANTY ON ELECTRIC FILES:
1. All electric files honor KUPA Inc. warranties.
(Please read card enclosed inside electric file box).
2. Warranty registration forms should be filled out and submitted upon purchase.
3. Warranty covers manufacturer defects only.
4. Warranty is for a period of 1 year from date of purchase.
5. All warranty claims must be accompanied by dated receipt for proof of purchase.
REPAIR & WARRANTY
• Repair forms can be downloaded from the website: www.kupainc.com.
• It is suggested that handpieces be serviced 1-2 times per year.
• Warranties will be voided if handpiece is not repaired by an authorized trained KUPA professional.
• Repairs can take up to 2 weeks.
RETURN POLICY
1. No products can be returned after 30 days of invoice date.
2. No returns without (RA) Return Authorization Number will be excepted.
3. Products may not be returned until RA (Return Authorization Number) has been issued by an authorized officer of the seller.
4. All returns will be subject to a handling fee of 10% and restocking fee of 15% of the selling price.
5. The product must be returned freight prepaid.
6. Any product shipped freight collect will be refused.
7. Product returned must be in condition in which it was sold.
8. If product is damaged or unusable it is unacceptable for return.
9. Damaged items must be reported within 7 (seven) days upon receipt and returned within 30 days from RA date issue, for exchange of damaged products.
10. Vicki Peters Nail Products has the right to refuse returns.
11. No returns of product due to misuse or abuse.
HAZMAT
Shipments to locations outside of the United States or Canada containing certain items will incur an additional HAZMAT shipping fee of $32.50 per order as set forth by DHL.
We do not charge this fee, we simply pass it along to the buyer. The fee will be added to your total when your order is processed in the office.
This fee does not apply to your order on a "per product" basis, but it is applied on a "per order" basis. For example, an order that includes (1) 4 oz. bottle of acrylic monomer, will be charged $32.50. An order with (1) 4 oz of monomer, (1) 32 oz of acetone, and (1) 4 oz of gel cleanser would also incur the same $32.50 surcharge.

Acrylic Liquids – Monomers S-Gel products GelCleanse Primers Prep Products: Equalizer Top coats, base coats or polish of any kind
